We take great care in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy below.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
